Stacy is the Associate Director for Hydrology Programs at the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. A geologist by training, Stacy wears many other hats as a member of the Interstate Stream Commission and the Water Quality Control Commission. Above all she is a river rafter at heart.
